At the heart of our orthodontic practice is Dr Bala Neel, a highly qualified and compassionate Specialist Orthodontist with over 18 years of experience. Known for his thoughtful approach and genuine care, Dr Bala is committed to helping each patient achieve a confident, healthy smile through modern, personalised treatment.

Dr Bala holds a Master of Dental Surgery in Orthodontics, alongside advanced training in Invisalign treatment, temporary anchorage devices (TADs), and digital orthodontic appliance design.

He also holds a Master’s in Advanced Implantology and was recognised as the Best Outgoing Student during his graduation, a testament to his dedication and academic excellence.

His clinical interests include complex treatment planning and utilising the latest in orthodontic technology to deliver tailored solutions for children, teens, and adults. Dr Bala’s care extends beyond technical precision; he takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and builds strong, lasting relationships with those he treats.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Bala has contributed to academic literature, including co-authoring a chapter in the textbook Pediatric Dentistry: Principles and Practice. His passion for orthodontics began during his undergraduate years and continues to grow with each innovation in the field.

When he’s not creating smiles, Dr Bala enjoys reading, keeping up with automotive and tech innovations, and spending time outdoors hiking with his family.
